«NEVSKY SHIPBUILDING-SHIPREPAIR PLANT» is highly equipped company with necessary productive capacities that enable to carry out projects on shipbuilding and ship repair.

Line of preprocessing of metal "Metra"
Performance of line is 12000 tons of metal per year. Allows to clear sheet products (gabarit 20х2500х8000 mm) and structural shapes (gabarit 20х2500х8000 mm) with a shotblasting method up to extent SA - 2,5 with a consequent precoating.

Hull Shop
The total area is 4300 m2 .  The shop is equipped with two installations for metal cutting - “Crystal”   and one -  ESAB.                                                                    
There is also a full set of equipment for mechanical cutting and bending of the sheet and profile metal - presses with effort up to 500 tons, a plate-leveling machine for rolling sheets up to 16 mm wide, the rig for bending of complex surfaces with width of a sheet up to 20 mm, the rig for bending of profile roll stock, bending rolls for flexible conical and cylindrical rounds, a guillotine shear for chiseling sheets of metal up to 6000 mm long and up to 16 mm wide, crane equipment  with weight-lifting  capacity of 10 t (2 units) and 5 t (4 units).

Hull assembly shed  
The total area is 5700 m2.    It is equipped with 2 cranes with 50 tons weight-lifting capacity and one unit of 10 tons. There are assembly stands for assembling of sections and blocks of 14х18 m, automatic and semi-automatic welding equipment with magnetic unloaders of sheets and details, press for the length of a sheet up to 6 m, two guillotines for the size of a sheet of 3 m and 6 m.

Opened ship-way platform  - Concreted ship-way for simultaneous assembly up to two vessels with up to 120 m long. It is equipped with 80-ton, 32-ton and 5-ton gantry cranes.

Wall for completion of a block construction  - Rabbeted quay of 326,4 m long arranged with systems of an electric-power supply and compressed air. Crane ways of 110 m long are serviced by a gantry crane of 32 tons weight-lifting capacity.

Slipway for rise of vessels  - Slipway G-300 is arranged with slant paths with eleven dollies for slipways and winches of 300 tons weight-lifting capacity each. Allows to lift on a shore and to lower vessels up to 150 meters long and dock weight of about 2500 tons. The horizontal part of a slipway is equipped with railways and slipway dollies of 75 tons weight-lifting capacity. Total area of a slipway is 35000 m2.

THE MACHINE-ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT     Total area is 6000 m2. It is equipped with 2 cranes of 15 and 20 tons weight-lifting capacity. It includes:

- Lathes - the maximal length of a detail up to 11 m, a diameter up to 1000  mm;
- Boring machines, the size of a desktop up to 4500х4500.
- Milling - the horizontal, vertical, in cantilever - milling, maximal sizes of details 800x4000 mm;
- Grinders for an abrasion of planes, internal and outboard surfaces a length up to 1000  mm;
- Treating allow to cut cones with the maximal module up to 20 and a diameter from 300 up to 2000 mm;
- Boring-and-turning mills for machining of details by the size 3200х1600 mm about 6,5 tons.
- Planing - slotting machine- transversely and longitudinally planing - allow to manufacture machining of horizontal, vertical and slant surfaces by a length up to 4000 mm, slottings of slots up to 600 mm;

DIESEL REPAIR DEPARTMENT

A specialized workshop which allows to carry out special survey and major repair of diesels for all classes of vessels of “river-sea” type.
Shop is equipped with the test desks, processing machine tools, including unique units, for crankshaft journals grinding.

There are more than 800 m of wharf, the depths of which are sufficient for the mooring of vessels with the draft to 4,5 m. Depending on the needs of the ship owner (such as: ship-repair, winter storage) the vessel can be placed as the first hull or the second-fourth. Besides, the Shipyard completely ensures the safe storage and protection of vessels. Also according to the wish of the ship owner and if there is a possibility (depending on the implementation of the of shipbuilding and ship-repair projects) vessel can be raised for the storage to the slip.
