The extension of Nevsky Shipyard production capacities is continuing. During September-October 2007, the following complex of measures was carried out for covered shed fitting out with additional crane equipment: 2 cranes of 20 and 50 t will be added to bridge crane of 50 t in the first flight. In the second flight crane of 20 t is put into operation and successfully operated. The crane is used for finishing of hull construction of the vessel CF3850 (multipurpose dry-cargo vessel, dwt 3850 t). The vessel is being built on order of the company «Damen Shipyards Bergum» (the Netherlands). The mounting of crane with 50 t capacity in the first flight and its putting into operation will be finished by the end of November.
The works for slipway area concreting and laying of rails in the third flight are being carried out.
