Nevsky Shipbuilding-Shiprepair Plant started to cut the first sheet metal  for the construction of the bunker-tanker under the contract signed with the company «Haugland Tankers AS», Norway.

Mr. Kjell Olav Haugland, the representative of the Customer, made by himself the first start of plasma cutting installation “Crystal”.
